Assalamualaikum
The time has finally arrived when we inform both parents and students regarding our Final Term End Assessment Strategy. We had waited for the announcement by the Govt. to give information regarding the course of action. As per the Govt. directives which are contingent on the latest updates, we may conduct examinations.
Examinations
We are planning to hold onsite/physical examinations for the core subjects from Preschool till Grade VIII (including Hifz). The exams are based on the Final Term Syllabi already shared with the students. As outlined in the previous circular, online classes continued till 31st May 2021. The examinations are to commence on Monday, 7th June till Saturday, 12th June. Kindly see the attached Final Exam Timetable for the days and dates. All SOPs will be strictly followed on the school premises. The students are to wear masks, carry their water bottles and hand sanitisers. Presence is mandatory on examination days. Kindly note that there may be a change in the schedule of the physical examinations as per the Govt. notifications.
Subjects
Preschool – English, Math, Urdu & GK
Grades 1 till VIII – English, Math, Urdu & Science
Hifz – English, Math & Urdu
Examination Timings
Preschool – 9:00am – 11:00am
Grades 1 till VIII – 8:30am – 12:00pm
Assessed Grades
The students will be given Assessed Grades in the subjects in which examinations have not been held. These will be based on their entire Final term performance. Hence, students need to ensure completion of all tests, classwork and homework.
Kindly note that the students need to appear fully prepared for the examinations in the specified subjects. The teachers have worked very hard in conducting online classes and providing support to the students for the examination.
School Re-opening & Report Day
We hope to close this academic session by holding Report Day. Parents need to come physically to collect the report cards with the paid fee challans.

Preschool and O Level – Monday, 14th June
Grades 1 till VIII – Thursday 17th June 2021
The school Re-opens on Wednesday, 4th August 2021 for the new academic session.
