Dear Parents/Guardians,
As per the Health Department Government of Sindh plan of action has introduced a vaccine in its routine Immunization Programme. In this regard, campaign is planned from 15th till 27th September to vaccinate girls from 9 to 14 years.
The vaccination campaign will take place in the school premises. We request parent’s cooperation to make this campaign effective and beneficial for the health of their children.

Kindly complete the consent form and return it to us by Monday, 1st September 2025.
