This is to inform that Health Department, Government of Sindh is initiating a Polio Vaccination Drive from 11th May 2026.
Polio booster dozes/injections will be administered to children between 3 months till 10 years old.
The Polio booster dozes will be done in school premises with proper arrangements on the informed dates only.
It is mandatory for all children in the above age groups to get the Polio injections.

[ ] I don’t want my child, _______________, of grade ______, to be administered the Polio booster doze.
