We are pleased to inform you that our students will be representing Hira Foundation School in RoboFest 2025, Inshā’Allāh. This event is an excellent opportunity for our children to showcase their skills, creativity, and teamwork. Kindly take note of the following details and important guidelines:
Event Details
- Event: RoboFest 2025 – Innovate | Sustain | Protect
- Dates: Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th September 2025
- Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Registration 8:00–9:00 AM)
- Venue: Beaconhouse PECHS Campus, Karachi
- Entry Gate: Gate 5 (Drop-off & Pick-up)
School Guidelines
In addition to the official SOPs, Hira Foundation School expects all participating students to:
- Observe Modesty: Maintain proper Islamic dress code and cover their faces.
- School Representation: Be disciplined, polite, and reflect the values of Hira Foundation at all times.
- Timeliness: Reach on time and remain with teachers/ambassadors throughout the event.
- Transport: Parents are requested to arrange transport as school transport will not be provided.
- Identity & Uniform: Students must carry their School ID card and wear complete school uniform on both days. Without uniform/ID, entry will not be allowed
Event SOPs (as per Organizers)
- CNIC Required: All parents, teachers, and staff must bring valid CNIC for entry
- Parents’ Access: Allowed only for Opening & Closing Ceremonies. Parents are not allowed inside competition arenas
- Parking: No parking inside premises. Use Gate 5 for drop-off and pick-up.
- Day 2 Attendance: Winners/qualifiers must report on Day 2 for elimination rounds.
Important Notes
- Cellphones are allowed only for communication.
- Parents may wait in the designated cafeteria/playground areas.
- Students are advised to bring water bottles/snacks; stalls will also be available.
