How Are Grades Verified?

To ensure the integrity of the HFS A-Level Scholarship Program, all submitted academic records will undergo a thorough verification process. Here’s how grades are verified:

1-Official Documents:

  • All applicants must submit official examination results from the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) or their respective school. These include recent O-Level mock or final results for OIII students and AS/A-Level results for current A-Level students.

2-Verification with Examination Boards:

  • HFS may directly contact examination boards (such as Cambridge International) to confirm the authenticity of the submitted grades. This ensures that all results are legitimate and accurately reported.

3-Cross-Verification with School Records:

  • For students currently enrolled in HFS, the admissions team will cross-check submitted grades with internal school records to verify consistency and accuracy.

4-Interview Process:

  • In some cases, applicants may be invited for an interview where they can provide additional context about their academic achievements and discuss their future academic goals.

Note: It is critical for applicants to provide accurate and honest information regarding their grades. Any discrepancies found during the verification process may lead to disqualification from the scholarship program.
