Curriculum

To achieve the objectives, a comprehensive curriculum has been designed under the supervision of expert educators. The design of this curriculum has been set keeping in view the learning and interest process of students. A progression focused curriculum with futuristic paradigms has been prepared in a systematic way to mould minds of students at this age in a balanced way. Value based education is our USP.

The tarbiyah of students is done according to Islamic values wherein associated attributes are highlighted. With the collaboration of parents, strategies are formed for mentoring and supervision, checking, balancing and reforming of students and the whole mentoring process will be examined so that each student is monitored according to the goals set. Parents and teachers continue to review and change goals as required during the mentoring and grooming process. The goal of our school system is to groom the students as confident and strong personalities and produce practicing Muslims who do possess the expertise of international standards.

Required Age for Admission

Birth date will be counted up until the 1^st August, 2026

Sections

Hira Foundation School is divided into the following sections and grade levels.

• Preschool – Junior Montessori, Senior Level One & Senior Level Two
• Elementary Section – Grades I & II
• Primary Section – Grades III, IV & V
• Hifz Section – IIIH, IVH, VH  & VIH
• Senior Section – VI, VII & VIII
• O Level – OI, OII & OIII
• A Level – AS & A Levels

Date of Registration

Registrations Open from 15th December, 2025.

Procedure of Registration

Parents obtain the Registration Form from the school office, and fill in the required information correctly. Registration is completed only after submission of the registration form with attached required documents in the school office. Registration is considered incomplete if required documents are not provided. Parents are informed about the admission test date of the student after registration.

After the successful admission test, interview date for the parents is given. Names of successful students will be displayed on the school notice board. Admission is marked final only after receiving the deposit of fee within the due date. In case of delay, the admission may be cancelled.

If there is vacancy in other grades then admission test of students will be conducted in English, Urdu, Math, Arabic and Qura’an according to the grade level. As every grade has fixed and limited number of seats, only the best students will be selected.

Hira Foundation School also accepts registrations online. To register your child log in to our website’s admission registration page https://hirafoundation.com/admission/registration-online/ and fill out the form regarding the candidate’s required information. Once the details are filled you may proceed with your online payment via PayPro to register your child with the school for the admissions for the upcoming session.

Required Documents for Registration

Following documents are mandatory to be attached with registration form:

1. Attested photocopy of student’s birth certificate/ Form B.
2. Attested photocopy of CNIC of Mother & Father.
3. Four photographs of student ( 1” X 1” ).
4. Photocopy of registration fee slip.
5. Last result report card.
6. Vaccination card required for Preschool.

Note: Admissions are merit based.

Transport

The school does not have its own transport. Keeping in view the convenience of parents, school administration has arranged well-reputed transport agencies that provide pick and drop services for students. Transportation fee will be set after mutual consultation of parents and transport agencies. Contact number of transport agencies is to be taken from the school office.
