MY MOTHER
As soon as I opened my eyes
I glanced at an angel standing by my side
The solace I seek in her arms
Can never supersede the worldly charm
Every time I stumble in the dark
She raises me up like a lightening spark
The succulent taste in her food
Never fails to change my mood
She is the sole reason to live
Because of the affection she gives
My mother lives in my heart
From whom I could never bear to part
