Dear Parents, Asalam-O-Alikum,
A close co-operation and dialogue with parents is an absolute necessity for any school that has the best interest of its pupils at heart.
Now that we are in the middle of first term, the school staff would like to have a meeting with you to discuss your kids progress and listen to any suggestions you may have to improve our school services.
We assure you of our best efforts at all times, and in conjunction with your assistance and advice, hope to provide your kids with the best possible education in a happy atmosphere.

- We kindly request you to be brief (not more than 5 minutes) with each teacher, so that others may also get a chance.
- If you feel that your discussion is going to last for more than 5 minutes then please speak to the class teachers.
- If you have any important suggestions, please write them down and hand them in a sealed envelope to the respective class teachers personally.
